Noah Lubendo

Research & Policy Analyst

Noah Lubendo is a Research & Policy Analyst at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC). Noah brings several years of experience in the not-for-profit sector, including work in settlement and employment services and providing resources to refugees and newcomers. He has also worked in public policy, researching economic inequality across Canada. Noah's areas of interest include economic inequality, immigration, ethical sourcing of raw minerals and materials in multinational supply chains, and issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  

Noah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mount Allison University.
