Erik Henningsmoen

Research & Policy Analyst

Erik Henningsmoen is a Research and Policy Analyst at the Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC). Prior to joining ICTC, Erik worked for a higher education consulting firm, where he contributed to academic strategic planning projects, higher education policy analysis, and evaluations of institutional partnerships.

Erik holds a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Calgary's School of Public Policy. He also holds a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Geographic Information Systems from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Calgary. Erik is a graduate of Harvard Business School Online's Credential of Readiness (CORe) program. Erik is interested in how the higher education sector can support Canada's digital economy and how new developments in digital technology will affect Canada’s national security.
